Trend because working on your terms and conditions is what everyone desires. Establishing your own business and converting it into a brand has become a significant dream.

The author has shared a total of 10 success secrets. Each chapter starts with an inspiring quote. Among them, my favorite is Success Secret #9: Armed With Your Dream Team, You Can Make It Happen. This chapter motivates me the most because it based on team building. There is a familiar saying There Is No I In A TEAM, so when you have a strong foundation, no one can stop you from succeeding. When you have a team of supportive, talented, and skillful people, you can accomplish every goal. Armed with your dream team, you can create a successful business. But for a successful business, you must hire the right people who fit for the culture, especially those who are willing to work as a team and support each other. Teamwork, workflow, interacting with your team, knowing what they are best at, and giving them the chance to work on it will strengthen the company, and of course, the team as well.
All over, I feel motivated after reading this book, because I have a dream to open my own business in the future, so for me, this book is like a guide that I will read again in the future if I ever plan to start my own business.
I liked the cover and the title they were eye-catching. I highly appreciate the author for bringing up this informative book. I highly recommend this book to all the women (the men can also read), especially, the moms who want to start their own business, this book will motivate and inspire you a lot. 😊❤️
