71st Republic Day 2020 - A Day Full Of Josh And Celebration

Whenever Republic Day comes there are two memories that I always remember. First memory was to wake up early in the morning and watch the Parade that moment when I use to see I always had a pride that I belong to India and I am proud to be an Indian. There was something unique and mesmerizing about the tableaux showcased during the Parade,  it was always my favourite. The colourful costumes, music, art, culture and history they use to show was beatific. Second memory was when I was in school and we use to have Republic Day Celebration, singing all patriotic songs, dancing, the activities and while going home getting Motichur Laddos that feeling and happiness we use to feel as kids was ecstatic. Now that I have grown up these little memories of Republic Day are precious and will always be dear to me.

Earlier only schools and colleges use to celebrate Republic Day. Now even at offices it has started. On 23rd January Our office Hr Nidhi divided us into 2 teams, Team Alok and Team Priyanka. After that she announced that on Friday 24th we will be celebrating Republic Day. I was in Team Priyanka. Now that we were divided into 2 teams we had to think about concept we will use as there was a healthy competition between the 2 teams. We all got excited as soon we started organising and deciding what concept we will use for our team. After deciding the concept and everything it was BACK TO WORK ✌️ Next Day we all were dressed in ethnic and color combinations of the Flag which were Orange, White, Blue and Green. After reaching the office we had time to work the first half and from second half the celebration would start. But before that Hr Nidhi unfolded a twist which was we had to prepare a skit for 3 to 5 mins. Soon after we decided the play and practiced for a while. After that we continued working at our respective seats. While we all were doing our work Pankaj started playing Patriotic songs through speaker, that made everyones Josh High. Maa Tujhe Salam, Sandese Aate Hai, Sare Jaha Se Aacha, Vande Mataram and many more songs and as each song was playing it was making us emotional as we were remembering the sacrifice our soldiers have done to protect us. Soon after the lunch Hr Nidhi announced that we have to start working as Our Judges Rohit Sir and Sunil Sir had to leave for a meeting so we had to finish as soon as possible. After that we started the decorations.

As the time was passing by our heart beats were increasing as we had limited time and we had to finish the decoration and arrangements in 1 hr. While we all were decorating and arranging everything we alsmost panicked as Hr Nidhi was continually announcing 5 mins, 3 mins, 2 mins but even with all the panic and pressure we managed to finish the decoration and arrangements on time 😄✌️ After that our judges came and we started displaying our work.

With the decoration we had to prepare skit for 3 to 5 mins. Team Priyanka's concept was about politics were we are representing Politicians in a humour way at the end our slogan was Thodi Hum Mein Sachchaai Hai, Thodi Hai Beimaani, Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindusatni, Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani and we finished our skit with National Anthem. Team Alok's concept was more humourous then ours. In there skit they were sitting in Lok Sabha there they had politicians also they had Sunny Deol, Amrish Puri and Ameesha Patel they mixed the Ghadar scene were Sunny Deol gets married to Ammesha Patel and Amrish Puri scene to accept the marriage and politicians together which made the skit humourous. We all really enjoyed it. After that Pallavi from there team sang A Watan from Razzi. After completing the skit we had to wait for few mins for the results till that time we all had the dishes we brought for the display. Soon after the results were announced.. And the winners were Team Priyanka 😁  The best thing was it was a win win situation as both the team efforts were equal. Each and every person did lots of hard work for this.

After the judges left we all danced our hearts out for almost half n hour and after that BACK TO WORK ✌️ We all focused on our work after that. I am really thankful to each and every person for making this celebration fun and memorable. We all had a great time and yes indeed it was a day to remember. With all the Masti we still kept our productivity up and that's what matters at the end. All Is In The Well If End Is In The Well 😊♥️✌️
