to fall in Love. When it has to happen is happens and that changes your life completely.
The Girl With A Secret Crush is a story of Malini Vaidyanathan who is working
in a company as a Proof Reader. She has a major crush on the Author Vikram
Mathur (who doesn’t know she exist) She is a huge fan of his books and she has
read all his books more than just ones. She idolizes him like anything.
Due to some official work
and to discuss Vikram’s new book she got a chance to meet him. Being a diehard
fan it was like a dream for her and to believe that she will be meeting him and
secondly she was nervous as it was her first meeting so she didn't want to
spoil the meeting at any cost.
As she reaches to the
place where the meeting was to happen she gets shocked by what she sees and by
what she experience and feels the next few moment with him. Why did she get
shocked? Who really is Vikram Mathur in real? Is he how Malini has always
imagined or the opposite? Does love bloom between them? Vikram and Malini meet
for discussing the changes in the book which at first he didn’t like that
someone is not agreeing with him but later he takes her advice. So will Vikram’s
new book will be a hit or flop? To know all the answers do read this sweet,
romantic and quick book.
I really liked this short
book, though I felt it was too quick also the feelings and thought of Vikram
were not really highlighted. Since the beginning we knew Malini was in Love
with Vikram and what she felt about him and his books but we really didn’t get
to know much about Vikram’s perspective and his thoughts about Malini. So I wish
that was also there in the story but never the less I enjoyed reading it.
