At earlier stage people with mental health issues were not treated properly. They were given third degree torture and they were abused also they were kept in isolation. People who were normal wouldn't like to discuss about mental health. There are many more perspectives which the Author explains in details and focuses on Psychology which has been explained briefly with details.

Those who are studying or have studied Psychology this book is a treat as the way the Author has given details about the human Psychology and the way mental health has been described and the way things have progressed and developed, it give you an inside of Mental health and the Psychology of humans.

 I would really like to appreciate the Author for gathering information and bringing out this informative book. . I really liked the concept of this book. The cover and the title are eye catchy. The language is very simple easy to understand. It is an inspiring book and eye opener for everyone.
