Dating apps are on high demand these days. Especially in between those who are looking for life partners. Naina, an ordinary girl, has left her job due to her terrible boss, just broke up with Karan after having a relationship for two years. Its been two weeks, but she has not been able to come out of it. Riya her best friend, force her to download the Mategram, the hottest dating app of the season.
Though she is not confident about her self, she starts using it. While looking for matches, Riya finds Ranveer. He is 23 years old, a handsome, good looking chef currently undergoing a culinary arts program. Keeping her fingers crossed, Naina swipes right. What happened next shocked me in a way where I want more from the story.
In the beginning, I thought, it will be a romantic book where two people meet, and then there will be some past and finally the end up together. But it was not at all like that. This story gave me chills as the ending was unexpected. This story also highlights about dating apps. It's unpredictable, we don't know who the person is in real until we meet them. The same happened with Naina, she didn't know nor did she understand anything about Ranveer, until she went to his home.
Overall I liked the story, it was gripping, but I felt the story was too short. I wish there was more suspense, more action, and a little more information about all the characters. I hope in future the author turns this short story into a novel so that it becomes more engaging and the suspense becomes longer. I recommend this book to all those who love to read short stories, its a short read but a thrilling story. 😊❤️
